Last updated: February 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlyCertify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by FlyCertify, LLC.

2. Description of Service

FlyCertify provides aviation credential verification services, including but not limited to: verification of pilot certificates, medical certificates, type ratings, and other aviation credentials; digital and physical ID badge creation; employer crew management dashboards; and public badge verification via QR code scanning.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credential Verification

FlyCertify verifies credentials by querying aviation authority databases and reviewing submitted documentation. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of verification data. Credential verification through FlyCertify does not replace official verification through the relevant aviation authority (FAA, EASA, CASA, TCCA, etc.).

5. Badge Services

  • FlyCertify badges are employer-issued identification tools with built-in verification. They are not government-issued identification.
  • Badge status (Active, Suspended, Revoked) is managed by the issuing employer.
  • When a badge is scanned, publicly available information includes the holder's name, title, employer, and credential status.
  • Physical badges remain the property of the issuing employer and must be returned upon request or termination of employment.

6. Employer Accounts

Employer accounts provide additional capabilities including crew roster management, badge issuance and revocation, and credential monitoring. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter about their employees and for managing badge status appropriately. Employers must comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations regarding employee identification.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false credential information or misrepresent your qualifications
  • Use the Service to create fraudulent identification
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation

8. Limitation of Liability

FlyCertify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your badges will be marked as inactive and your credential data will be retained for a reasonable period for audit purposes before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
