• Verify your aviation credentials against authoritative databases
• Generate and manage verified digital and physical ID badges
• Provide credential status information when your badge QR code is scanned
• Send alerts about credential expirations and renewals
• Enable employers to manage crew credentials and badge status
• Improve and maintain our services

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Badge Verification: When someone scans your badge QR code, they see your name, title, employer, and credential status (Active, Suspended, or Revoked). This is the core function of the service.
• With Your Employer: If an employer has issued you a badge, they can view your credential status and badge information.
• Aviation Authorities: We query public aviation authority databases (e.g., FAA Airmen Inquiry) to verify your credentials. We do not share your data back with these authorities.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Your credential data is stored in secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and credential data for as long as your account is active. Badge scan logs are retained for audit and compliance purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
